Safe Reporting Centre
Hate reporting Centres are a safe neutral location within the community where people can report hate crime or hate incidents without having to contact the Police directly. Proudly, Arts 4 Wellbeing were named a Safe Reporting Centre. Within South Tyneside there are only three safe reporting centres, with Arts 4 Wellbeing included.
Disability Confident committed
By being Disability Confident, Arts 4 Wellbeing are seen to be leading the way in the Charity sector and beyond, helping to positively change attitudes, behaviours and cultures.

Equal People Network
Arts 4 Wellbeing has been selected as an Equal People Network. This network is a group of people, services and individuals who share information and ideas about how to improve the lives of people with learning difficulties and their families.
Change 4 Life
Arts 4 Wellbeing were awarded Change 4 Life in 2017. Change 4 Life is a national agenda to encourage people to make healthier choices and improve their health and wellbeing. South Tyneside Council Public Health wanted to reduce the health inequalities that exist in the borough and lengthen the life expectancy of the community.
At Arts 4 Wellbeing the health and wellbeing of every person is at the heart of everything we do.
Dementia Friends
Arts 4 Wellbeing were awarded Alzheimer’s Society’s Dementia Friends badge. This programme is the biggest ever initiative to change people’s perceptions of dementia. It aims to transform the way the nation thinks, acts and talks about the condition.
Work place Health alliance
Better Health at Work Award
The Better Health at Work Award recognises the efforts of employers in the North East and Cumbria in addressing health issues within the workplace. Offering healthy food alternatives for staff and advising on healthy decisions within day to day life.
